Big Macs for
Mac
Mac Parkman loved a Big Mac. So every September 24, friends, family, teammates and total strangers from Florida to the UK to Germany order his favorite burger, snap a pic and say his name. Pull up a seat. You're invited.

MAC

It's official: Parkman-Lewis Day.
The Florida State House of Representatives and Representative Kimberly Daniels, District 14, have designated September 24, 2026 as Parkman-Lewis Day, honoring Mac Parkman and Ray Lewis III.
It's a day of remembrance for both young men, and a push for more awareness of concussions and repetitive head impacts (RHI), plus better education, research and safety protocols. The Mac Parkman Foundation is proud to stand beside the RL3 Foundation on this one.
The kid who said yes to everything.
Maconnell James βMacβ Parkman was born March 10, 2003, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He started wrestling in first grade and football in seventh, and he ran track, played baseball and hockey, skied and trained in karate.
He jumped out of airplanes, went scuba diving and zip-lining, and traveled the world. He was a gamer (Apex, Brawlhalla, GTA) and the friend everybody wanted around. And he never turned down a Big Mac.
On September 24, we lost Mac to suicide after a hard-fought battle with depression and mental illness. So on the hardest day of the year, we choose to fill it with Mac's favorite meal, the people who love him, and honest conversations about brain health that could save another family from this loss.
Four steps. One burger. Zero excuses.
Do it at the drive-thru, in the break room, after practice or with the whole family. Mid-bite photos are strongly encouraged.
